    Senior Payroll Advisor

    Location: South Manchester/Hybrid

    Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 plus outstanding benefits

    At the heart of a purpose-built campus, surrounded by innovation and creativity, you'll dive into a world where every day brings new challenges and thrilling opportunities.

    Working as part of a wider global payroll team, as Senior Payroll Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of payroll for your dedicated areas of the business whilst leading and coaching a small team of Payroll Advisors.

    There's plenty of scope for future progression and opportunity to further enhance your knowledge with support for studying towards professional qualifications.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple payrolls, navigating through various pay frequencies with finesse.
    • Be the go-to person for employees, providing top-notch support and resolving any payroll-related queries with ease.
    • Dive into the nitty-gritty of payroll calculations, ensuring every number adds up perfectly.
    • Lead and coach a small team of payroll supervisors
    • Manage the journey of starters and leavers, ensuring a smooth transition for all.

    About You

    • You're a payroll specialist with ideally over 3 years of experience and in-house expertise.
    • You're a master of Excel, formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
    • You pick up new systems with ease
    • Your positive energy is infectious, and you thrive in a team environment.
    • You're great with deadlines, juggling multiple tasks with precision and grace.
