About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to oversee Pre Assessment services at a prestigious Private Hospital in Harrow, Middlesex.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients undergoing pre-operative assessments.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the Pre Assessment team, ensuring the provision of comprehensive and efficient services.
Coordinate patient assessments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of medical history and relevant information.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Provide support and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in Pre Assessment or a similar clinical setting.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong managerial skills.

Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of pre-operative assessment processes.
