Financial Client Executive - Worthing
Our client, based in Worthing, is looking for an experienced Financial Client Executive to join their team to help provide efficient administrative support to clients and senior members of staff.
You will supporting several Financial Adviser's within the firm with administration for the financial planning clients which will involve co-ordinating with your adviser and completing a variety of tasks.
Administering new client pensions, investment, and risk contractsManaging and coordinating annual client reviews which includes production of valuations
Ensuring the back-office system is kept up to date
To adhere to FCA regulations, internal policies and procedures at all times
This role is integral to enabling a first-class service to our financial planning clients. Training is available to support ongoing personal and professional development.
Experience of working in an office environment, preferably financial services
Fully conversant in Microsoft Office
Proven Microsoft Excel skills
Previous experience of working in financial services
Certificate in Regulated Financial Services or equivalent professional financial services qualifications, either obtained or working towards
