We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Analyst to join our procurement team at InHealth Head Office, based in High Wycombe.
What does being a Procurement Analyst involve?As Procurement Administrator, you will support InHealth's goal to make healthcare better by supporting the procurement department in delivering strategy; as well as building relationships with the Business Units and Functions to establish an excellent customer service provision.
Investigate, manage & develop the intelligent contracts (IC) database/ system for maximum use across the procurement team and across the InHealth wider business.
Manage supplier KPI data and develop reporting to demonstrate our SC compliance and share this across our organisationMaintain department risk register
Assistance with procurement ordering system (E-req) management and maintenance to cover annual leave
Have an interest in procurement and supply chain; there will be an opportunity to complete an apprenticeship in Level 4 CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply) in line with procurement professional's minimum qualifications
Have experience with financial and procurement systems.
Understand how a procurement department operates.
Possess high emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
Can handle complaints or feedback in a healthcare setting.
