Our client is looking for a Senior level Java engineer with experience of co-ordinating a small development team - focussed around building out a data streaming team - details below:
- Any experience or interest within leadership, mentoring or managing individual contributors.
- Solid experience with Java or Scala.
- Strong data & messaging experience testing software with technology like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Grafana, HiveMQ, Prometheus etc.
- Experience with relational database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB or similar
- Experienced advocate for practices such as Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming
- Experience building automation tests.
