- Meet and greet all guests in a professional and personable manner
- Manage the meeting room calendar and ensure schedule conflicts are resolved promptly
- Monitor visitor access and passes to maintain security awareness
- Coordinate hospitality including liaising with hospitality, assisting with lunch orders, setting up meeting rooms for lunches
- Ensuring rooms are stocked with supplies
- Setting up video calls and running equipment checks
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Maintain a professional receptionist area and liaise with Facilities and the Office Manager as needed
- Administrative tasks, including overflow PA work, assisting with office events, updating spreadsheets
- Be immediately available, or on a two week notice period (candidates with longer notice periods will be considered)
- Be professional and able to manage different tasks efficiently
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent Microsoft Office experience
- Have a strong sense of customer service
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be able to use initiative and think on their feet
- Salary £35-40K depending on experience
