    General Manager LeadingCommercial GymOperator

    Salary: upto 35k Bonus

    Located: NorthLondon

    I amcurrently seeking a highlyskilled and motivated individual to jointhe team as the General Manager of a leading commercial gym brand.As the General Manager you will play a pivotalrole in overseeingall aspects of the gyms operations ensuring exceptionalcustomerexperiences maximising revenue and fostering a positiveandmotivating environment for both staff andmembers.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to achievebusiness objectives and financial targets.
    • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketingstrategies to attract new members and retain existingones.
    • Oversee daily operations including staffmanagement scheduling facility maintenance and inventorycontrol.
    • Implement and enforce companypolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with industryregulations and standards.
    • Drive memberengagement initiatives and community outreach programs to enhancebrand reputation and loyalty.
    • Foster a cultureof excellence teamwork and continuous improvement among staffmembers.
    • Analyse performance metrics andfinancial reports to identify areas for improvement and implementcorrective actions as needed.
    • Maintain strongrelationships with vendors partners and stakeholders to supportbusiness growth andexpansion.

    Qualifications:

    • Level 2 Fitness Instructor (Desirable Level 3 PT)
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience ingym management or fitness industry leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets anddriving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadershipskills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverseteam.
    • Excellent communication interpersonaland problemsolving skills.
    • Indepth knowledgeof fitness industry trends best practices and customerpreferences.
    • CPR and First Aid certification(preferred).
