    Our Client Services team is a vital cog in the wheel of the agency -delivering world-class relationships and project management skills to our clients, whilst ensuring that all accounts are not only commercially healthy but also, ideally, growing year on year.


    About the role:


    Working within the client services team and as the day to day 'face' of the Agency you will be responsible for delivering excellent relationship and project management contributing to our accounts not only being commercially healthy but ideally growing year on year.

    We operate as an extension of our clients' marketing teams with a passionate for our work and how we deliver it.

    You'll be a key member of an account team working with our talented team of Account Directors, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers supporting with projects and campaigns across multiple channels and clients, right from client brief conception to delivery.

    This might entail a whole list of day-to-day challenges and activities including admin support, meetings, drafting estimates, contact reporting, research, creating timing plans and content population.

    You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring campaigns are delivered against plans, budgets and KPIs.

    Also, supported by an experienced creative and strategic senior team, on any day you might be collaboratively coming up with creative content angles, drafting compelling copy, problem solving, liaising with talent, working on digital campaigns or delivering experiential projects.


    About you:


    You'll be an Account Executive with some experience already or have strong and relevant work experience within an agency demonstrating a solid understanding of the processes involved in managing projects / campaigns from start to finish along with a strong ambition to learn and build on this experience.

    You are used to a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines with excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills.

    Most importantly, you'll have a passion for the world of advertising, specifically an interest and passion for the world of social media and influencers.

    You'll have a natural desire to learn how to run an always-on influencer programme working with some of the leading influencers and content creators across Instagram and TikTok from the UK and Germany.

    You'll be keen to learn how to manage influencer talent, including assisting the team with prospecting and contract negotiations through to the briefing and reviewing of influencer content.

    You'll also have an interest in social community management, and best practices in engaging with customers who contact our brands through their social channels.


    Responsibilities:


    Being the day-to-day point person for clients, internal teams and third parties (talent and talent managers).Managing the dedicated influencer inbox ensuring all emails are read and actioned.

    Providing social community management support.

    Participation in face to face and online meetings, taking notes and producing contact reports, circulating main take outs to key parties ensuring actions are progressed / completed.

    Producing project timings plans for internal and client teams ensuring key milestones are achieved as outlined in the timing plan.

    Preparing clear and concise influencer briefs.
    Maintaining and developing various documents and guidelines for both internal and external stakeholders.
    Keeping internal and external stakeholders up to date on new influencer content.
    Producing client facing status reports and circulating to key stakeholders each week.
    Co-ordination of internal events such as preparing meeting rooms and organising catering.
    Conducting ad hoc project research if required, e.g. finding supporting information online using social channels.
    Managing, updating and populating content management systems.
    General administrative support.


    Skills & Requirements:


    Excellent project management and administration skills to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows to ensure smooth delivery on budget and within time.

    Great attention to detail particularly for proof-reading creative and copy.
    The ability to work as part of a fast-paced team across the wider agency team and our Squad.
    Used to tight deadlines and working under pressure, whilst keeping a calm head.
    A passion for marketing and influencers.
    Ideally experience as a marketing-based Account Executive (or similar client facing role).
