    Trainee Estate Agent

    Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate & Lettings Agent.

    Applications from Graduates welcome.
    You will need to have a valid UK driving licence.
    Trainee Estate Agent

    ~ You will provide clients and customers with a professional Estate Agency & Lettings service, maximising business from opportunities created.

    Trainee Estate Agent - Key Responsibilities:

    To contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
    To introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
    To achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
    To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
    Trainee Estate Agent - Experience / Qualification:

    A University Graduate
    Valid UK driving licence
    Graduate Trainee Estate Agent - Remuneration:

    ~£18,000 - £19,000 initial basic salary while you are training, rising once probation is passed
    ~£30,000 - £34,000 Year 1 On Target Earnings, rising as your training and performance progresses
    ~ Commission and bonuses available from multiple income streams
    ~ Use of a pool car during working hours (a company car will be considered in the future once probation is passed and targets are being achieved)
    ~ Full on the job training, guidance and mentoring from experienced London Estate Agents
