    Description
    We are ready to redefine podcast media and technology with this new company.

    "As our Thumbnail Editor you will be responsible for developing data-driven creative concepts, compositing and designing out those concepts at speed and to a super high quality. A strong understanding of photoshop and photo manipulation is essential to succeed in this role. You will work closely with the production and editing team to create world-class data-informed thumbnails for Youtube that delivers on the promise of our videos to drive the maximum clicks and view duration.

    Ability to concept new and original ideas based on experimentation and a data science approach
    Generate realistic/eye catching thumbnails using photoshop and photo manipulation skill
    Coordinate with the production and editing team to make sure we are capturing all assets necessary for the creation of our thumbnails to deliver on video promise
    Strong photoshop experience
    Understanding of data analysis and data informed decision making
    Passionate about YouTube
    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, which can regularly require working outside of Monday-Friday
    3D experience
