    Airbus Defence and Space (ADS) is looking for experienced, dynamic and driven S ales M anager s to drive growth across Military SatCom and ISTAR programmes within the Integrated Space Solutions business, in the UK and for overseas customers.

    Reporting directly to the Head of Sales UK/US / APAC – Integrated Space Solutions UK you will be part of a highly motivated team deliver ing existing opportunities and further develop ing the strategy and pipeline for new business growth across the Military SatCom landscape.

    You will have a successful track record in Sales and Campaign Management within this area, the ability to lead multifunctional teams, and show a proven ability to find and drive new business to successful closure.

    Achieve the teams budgeted target for contracted and new business, meeting order intake, sales and gross margin expectations
    Provide effective management of sales funnel and business pipeline to close and track new business
    Develop relationships with customers at senior level
    Work closely with other teams and Senior Management within ADS to meet business, EBIT and revenue objectives
    Demonstrable track record of managing sales campaigns in Military SatCom and global connectivity markets
    Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, plan and conduct contract negotiations and present in a compelling manner
