    Our client has an exciting Permanent Band 5 or 6 Paediatric Occupation Therapist Vacancy in London.
    Occupation Therapist Permanent Band 5/6 Paediatric

    Salary:
    up to £38,000 - Negotiable depending on experience


    Hours:
    Full Time

    Our client is the first ever structured behavioural setting established in the UK that specialise in early intervention for children with Learning Difficulties, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental health issues), Autism & Related Developmental Disorder.

    Take a whole person approach to each child's physical and mental wellbeing by considering all their needs - Physical, social, psychological and environment.


    • Create individual programmes for 1:1 therapy to children with autism
    • Record Attends monthly trainings, supervision, and workshops
    Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication

    • Review children's programmes regularly, evaluate progress and make changes as needed
    • Operate a programme of activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children in conjunction with other team members
    • Work alongside the Manager and staff team to ensure that the clinic's philosophy is fulfilled
    • Read, understand, and adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role as deemed appropriate by the Manager/Clinical Manger/Deputy/Headteacher/Directors
    • If a child is unwell ensure the child is kept calm and warm complete the relevant form

    • Attend IEP meetings and work collaboratively with other team members to develop the most comprehensive and appropriate treatment programme for each child
    • To be aware of the high profile of the clinic and the school and to uphold its standards at all times, both within work hours and outside.
