    Description
    Sales Manager – UK & Ireland (Remote – Must be in the area) – Mid-Sized Manufacturer & Distributor.

    Irving Knight has partnered with a mid-sized multinational with over 100 employees in over 11 different countries worldwide, generating over $300M in revenue in 2022.

    The specialty chemical manufacturer and distributor needs a Sales Manager within the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers) business unit.

    As a leading global innovation service provider, their entrepreneurial approach to doing business is reflected in their can-do attitude.

    They want someone to help continue to build a resilient thriving and responsible business, focusing on the distribution side of their portfolio.

    Reporting to the Managing Director, you would be responsible for driving growth within the business unit.
    Travel 40% to meet customer in the region.

    Manage, develop, and understand the needs of a growing customer base, making regular visits to these accounts to build, maintain and manage relationships with key contacts at all levels.

    5 years of experience within CASE dealing with specialty chemicals especially polymers, additives, resins, and pigments.
    ~ A bachelor's degree in chemistry.
    ~ A valid driving license, and evidence of insurability.
    ~ Someone who is aggressive and likes building relationships, with a deep technical understanding.
    ~ Above industry standard salary, with an annual bonus of up to 15%.
    ~ Company car.
    ~ Pension.
    ~25 days holiday.
    ~£3K -£5K on training packages annually.
