Description

Customers are at the heart of all we do and our receptionists have a friendly and positive approach to meeting and greeting all customers entering the showroom, along with covering the main switchboard.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our busy reception team in Norwich who will maintain and deliver our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibility will be to provide a courteous and efficient service to all our customers both on the phone and in person

Main duties will include:

Qualifying customer needs and managing the direction of customers within the showroom environment providing courteous and friendly customer service at all times
Operating the group's switchboard efficiently directing calls in a prompt and timely fashion
Providing effective administrative assistance when required

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Flexibility to provide cover for holidays and sickness is essential.

Busseys have proudly been a Main Ford Dealer since 1923, over the years we have developed and expanded by acquiring 7 sites across Norfolk.

In 2010 we obtained our first Peugeot franchise with a second following in 2016. It is safe to say that we have seen a lot of change However, one thing has always stayed the same, our hard work and commitment to our customers
