    About the RoleDP World CNS have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join us.

    This role reports to our Business Relationship Manager and is responsible for enhancing the sales team's operational efficiency by providing comprehensive administrative and support services, enabling them to focus more intently on sales activities and customer engagement.

    This role aims to streamline sales processes, support customer interactions, and facilitate market research and data management.


    NOTE:
    this is a hybrid opportunity.


    How you will contributeSales Administration:
    Oversee CRM updates, sales reporting, and maintenance of sales records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information

    Customer Engagement Support:
    Assist in organizing meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups with potential and existing customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction

    Market Research:
    Conduct targeted research to support sales strategy and market expansion initiatives, contributing valuable insights for business growth

    Lead Qualification:
    Assist in the initial stages of lead screening and qualification, ensuring that the sales team focuses on high-potential opportunities

    Proposal Preparation:
    Help in drafting and submitting sales proposals and tenders, facilitating a timely and professional response to client requests

    Sales Inbox Management:
    Manage the sales inbox, ensuring that all incoming emails are reviewed, categorized, and triaged accordingly. This includes forwarding emails to the appropriate sales representative or department and responding to general inquiries as needed.


    Inbound Telephone Sales Inquiries:
    Answer inbound telephone sales inquiries, providing initial information and support to potential customers


    Efficiency Improvement:
    Reduce administrative burdens on sales representatives, allowing for increased focus on sales and customer relationships


    Enhanced Customer Experience:
    Provide organised support for more effective customer interactions, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, leading to improved customer satisfaction

    Strategic Data Management:

    Improve handling and analysis of sales data for better decision-making, using insights gained from sales inbox trends and telephone inquiry patterns to inform sales strategies.

    What you will bringQualifications

    • Educated to a good standard, with 3 'A' levels and/or equivalent industry experience.
    ExperiencePrevious experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
    Familiarity with sales reporting tools. SkillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    CRM software utilisation advantageous.
