    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic team and oversee Front of House Food and Beverage operations at our hotel or resort. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing our diverse food and beverage outlets, developing new menus, creating unique guest experiences, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of success in managing multiple outlets. If you are a creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a vision for culinary excellence, then we want to hear from you

    (Candidates must be geographically mobile and be prepared to relocate and be based anywhere across the country).

    Qualifications

    • Degree or equivalent experience
    • Food and beverage management expertise, in a hotel environment
    • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plans
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
    • Ability to create and execute unique food and beverage concepts
    • Knowledge of industry trends and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage budgets and proven ability achieve financial targets
    • Track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
