Job Description

Grosvenor Casino, London Park Tower

Collaborating closely with the head chef, you will consistently surpass customer expectations, day in and day out!

In this role, you will:

Acknowledge, greet, and assist customers across all areas
Embody our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
Collaborate with and support the hosting and wider casino team
Prepare, cook, season, and present dishes following casino menu recipes to the highest standards
Adhere to all HACCP and safety protocols, ensuring food safety is maintained throughout the venue
Report any faulty equipment or systems to the head chef or duty manager promptly
Ensure diligent stock rotation (FIFO), order placement, and usage to minimize financial and stock losses
Solicit feedback from customers and front-line teams to continually enhance food quality and exceed customer expectations
Practice a cleanliness policy ('clean as you go') in all food preparation and service areas

Qualifications

Prior experience in a culinary or food preparation setting
Flexibility in working shifts based on business requirements
Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
Basic level 2 certification in food safety or actively working towards it
