- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Handling rent payments
- Credit Control and knowledge of small claims court procedures
- Reconciling Bank Statements and supplier statements
- Managing payroll
- Submitting VAT returns
- Utilizing Accounts software packages
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, along with credit control
- Utilizing Secretarial/Typing skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills for engaging with clients and chasing payments
- Collaborating with the team and assisting with administrative tasks
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Responding to queries from tenants, customers, contractors, and suppliers in person and via email
- Prior experience in estate agency or lettings agency is advantageous
- Comprehensive training will be provided
- AAT qualification, either part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Precision in data entry tasks
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Flexible working hours
