    Description

    Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a Vehicle Line Director to join our highly skilled and dynamic Engineering team.

    This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Leamington Spa, Warwickshire or Bicester, Oxfordshire.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage the planning aspect of the programme and support the implementation of an effective planning toolset and structure.

    With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.

    The Vehicle Line Director will be leading a small team to ensure the development of the vehicle project, whilst providing highly complex engineering solutions to aid in delivery of world class products that meet content, cost, timing, performance, and quality targets.

    Ensuring that the vehicle program and systems meet all requirements from part level/vehicle validation/performance all the way to program timing and business requirements.

    Managing internal & external stakeholders into vehicle level technical and commercial targets
    Driving world-class engineering solutions and develop new processes, whilst ensuring effective decision making and risk management.
    On-site presence at assembly plant or test locations as required
    Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field.
    A track record of successfully delivering large scale, complex, cross-functional and capital-intensive projects.
    Understanding of engineering theory, manufacturing techniques and principles of operation of mechanical/electrical systems from both a hardware and software perspective
