    I tæt samarbejde med teamets anden koordinator og med reference til Site Quality Manageren, Tine Rothaus Faartoft, får du en central rolle i at drive kvalitet og fødevaresikkerhed på vores bageri. I fællesskab sikrer I, at vi lever op til fødevarelovgivning, fødevarestandarder og kundekrav bl.a. gennem arbejde med:
    Daglig proces- og kvalitetskontrol herunder overvågning af kvalitetsdokumentation samt overvågning og test af sporbarhedssystem
    Vedligehold og udbygning/udvikling af kvalitets- og HACCP-system herunder vedligeholdelse af flowdiagrammer i henhold til BRC-standarden
    Økologiregnskab
    Analyse, behandling og opfølgning på interne kvalitetsfejl og kundereklamationer
    Udtagning af kemiske- og mikrobiologiske analyser og vurdering af disse
    Udarbejdelse af risikovurderinger og identificering af forbedringspotentialer i produktionen
    Gennemførelse af interne og eksterne audits herunder myndighedsbesøg
    En del af din dag vil foregå i produktionen, og du vil have et tæt samarbejde med kolleger fra øvrige afdelinger og hurtigt kunne se resultatet af jeres fælles indsats. Du får et dynamisk job med højt til loftet og god bredde i opgaverne, som du langt hen ad vejen selv er med til at definere. Du vil opleve frihed under ansvar og mulighed for selv at planlægge og præge din hverdag.
    Det lille kvalitetsteam supporterer vores to bagerier i henholdsvis Hatting ved Horsens og Hasselager ved Aarhus. Dit primære arbejdssted vil derfor blive bageriet i Hatting, hvor vi producerer wienerbrød i lange baner, men du vil have ugentlige aktiviteter på vores pita-bageri i Hasselager. Der vil desuden være god mulighed for samarbejde og sparring med Central Kvalitet, som også har til huse i Hatting, samt med site quality-teamet for vores bageri i Holstebro.
    Kan du sikre høj kvalitet og kundetilfredshed?
    Uddannelsesmæssigt kan der være mange veje ind i stillingen. Vi forestiller os dog, at du har erfaring med kvalitetsarbejde i fødevareproducerende virksomhed, og at du har fødevarelovgivning (herunder økologi), risikovurderinger, HACCP, BRC og andre fødevarestandarder under huden. Du er vant til at gennemføre audits, tests, databehandle og rapportere i ERP-systemer, måske endda AX12. Du har godt greb om MS Office og mestrer dansk og engelsk både i skrift og tale.
    Som person er du selvstændig, systematisk og detaljeorienteret, men er samtidig drevet af, at få noget fra hånden. Du trives med til tider komplekse problemstillinger og kan også holde tungen lige i munden, når der er mange bolde i luften. Ligesom os sætter du nemlig en ære i at sikre den gode kvalitet og lykkes i fællesskab - også når det går stærkt.

I Lantmännen Unibake Danmark producerer vi frostbrød og søde sager til hele verden i vores tre bagerier i Hatting, Hasselager og Holstebro.
