Aila is partnered with a leading hospitality business that has grown at a phenomenal rate since its inception in 2008.
They have grown rapidly in the last few years following several acquisitions and have grown from 7 sites in the Group, to 27, becoming a true leader in the industry.
They have an amazing atmosphere both on their sites and head office in Hemel Hempstead, and they're looking for support in their team with an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Finance Business Partner to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to join a multi-site leisure business in a role that is truly focused on business partnering with sites, adding value through insightful analysis and taking a leading role in commercial business partnering with Operations including supporting on M&A activity.
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner that will work closely with the business to help make some key decisions, review historical data as well as future projections.
You will naturally be a confident and assuring individual with at least 2 years' experience in a business partnering role and the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders with confidence.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Qualified Accountant with FP&A experience and strong business partnering exposure within in a similar role, in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
