We'll ask you to review our current creative activity and ways of working, challenging us on where we can improve, to not only be both more efficient and effective, but to unlock creative opportunity that we may have not yet realised.
Your remit will span the entire creative lifecycle from ideation to execution, including management of resources, timelines, and budgets.Through immersing yourself in our brand identity, help us push the boundaries of the brand and set the direction across both online and offline creative across all of our platforms, covering everything from product packaging, campaigns, events, social, PR and podcasts.
Being the brand guardian for The 1:1 DietLeading the Creative teams day-to-day activity, including resource allocation, project prioritisation and workflow management.
Utilise your design principles knowledge to deliver creative output of your own and campaign execution
Partnering with our commercial teams to collaboratively develop briefs and project requirements and actionable plans
Mentoring our team of Creatives, providing direction, feedback and opportunities for development
Leading agency partners and setting their creative direction
Generating regular performance analysis to drive future improvements
And by creativity we mean, you're ability to bring a creative vision for our brand to life that is seamlessly aligned to commercial goals.
You'll be able to demonstrate how you've successfully lead a creative function for a brand (open to both client and agency side) within a creative direction, studio management or similar level capacity.
You'll also showcase this by not being afraid to deliver your own creative output and campaign execution.Creative strategic (commercial) thinking
