If you are a New Homes Sales Negotiator with at least 2 years experience selling either new build homes or re-sale property I am keen to speak to you about a Sales Negotiator position for a luxury property developer based in Canary WharfThe ideal candidate with demonstrate stability on their employment profile, you will also be able to deliver excellent customer service on the phone & face to face.
We are looking for Sales Negotiator that thrives in a fast paced selling environment and is pro active to their property sales approachDay to day duties:
Responding to initial enquiries either via the website or on Right Move
Communication with customers via email, on the phone or face to face
Booking in appointments to showcase the development
Conducting viewings
Following up with customers after their viewing or appointment
Keeping the customer up to date with their completion dates
Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
Sales Progression
Maintaining close relationships with construction, the progression team & customer relations
