    We are looking to hire a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to drive our M&A, Fundraising, International Expansion and Strategic Initiatives.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the senior leadership team and to be instrumental in shaping Tide's growth.

    As a Senior Corporate Development Analyst you'll be:

    Sourcing and working on all aspects of executing M&A transactions, including coordinating due diligence, financial modelling, negotiation and integration planning.

    Shaping Tide's financial strategy and international expansion.

    Experience working in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Management Consulting or strategic functions of a fast growing technology company.

    Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use data to develop theses around markets, products and acquisition targets.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to drive projects collaboratively and communicate effectively at cross-functional levels.
    Financial modelling experience, proficiency in finance and accounting, preferably for financial services and/or technology driven business models.
    Attention to detail and ability to build trust with management teams, senior leadership stakeholders and investors.
