- Understanding of Real Estate sectors and how firms differ i.e. an IM from developer, tenants, consultancy, financial institution etc and the ability to apply this to baselining and strategy.
- Demonstratable Carbon Baselining and GHG Protocol understanding (must have).
- Target setting, specifically SBTi (must have).
- Offsetting strategy both organisation and asset level (must have).
- Developing ESG Strategy and policy development.
- ESG Compliance – an understanding of ESG laws – UK and EU.
