We have an opportunity for a People Services Coordinator to join our team.
The key purpose of this role is to coordinate and support Line Managers through all aspects of contract specific HR tasks including (but not exhaustive) recruitment, onboarding, MyCatch Up, Viewpoint, sickness absence, probations and Reward & Recognition.
To maintain MyHR systems, to include recruitment, payroll, and vetting.Additionally, you will support in the management of Payroll, D&A testing and staff awards and events.
The team are responsible for ensuring our quality standards are met and KPI's are achieved.
The People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the People Services Team, contributing to providing a high-quality service to both new employees, existing employees, and managers.
Additionally, you must have the ability to demonstrate exceptional documentation skills, managing action plans, documenting meetings, workshops, and projects and able to effectively document change.
