    Asbestos Analyst
    My Client is a leading Asbestos Contractor established over 30 yrs. ago, operating across the commercial & industrial sector.
    They are currently seeking an Asbestos Analyst to be based at their Chelmsford office, working across projects in Essex and Central London
    Asbestos Analyst
    Conduct comprehensive inspections of buildings, structures, and materials to assess the presence of asbestos.
    Collect samples of suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) following established protocols and safety guidelines.
    Perform laboratory analysis on collected samples to determine the concentration and type of asbestos fibres present.
    Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with asbestos regulations and guidelines.
    Provide expert advice and guidance on asbestos management strategies, including abatement and remediation procedures.

    Stay informed about updates to asbestos regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies related to asbestos detection and management.

    Maintain accurate records of inspections, sample collections, laboratory analyses, and correspondence.
    Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in asbestos identification and analysis.
    Asbestos Analyst
    Asbestos analysts are required to be qualified by BOHS to the P403 and P404 technical modules or the RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures and they perform their work in accordance with HSG248 'Asbestos:
    Previous experience working within the asbestos industry.
    The candidate will need to have an in depth knowledge with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
    Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package and TEAMS experience is preferable.
    The salary on offer for this role is 33k- 38k+package,depending upon previous experience.
