    Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – South West London – £40,000

    Hours:
    Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM

    PRS are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a Premium Residential Complex located in South West London.

    The successful candidates will be Mechanically qualified (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in Building Maintenance.

    The successful candidate will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

    The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Building Maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £40,000 plus Plenty of Overtime.

    You will be carrying out hands on maintenance of primary mechanical equipment in plant rooms and within common parts of a Super Prime residential/mixed use development.

    # The mechanical systems include, AHU's, FCU's, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves and more.
    # Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment.
    # Respond promptly to mechanical issues and emergencies during regular working hours.
    # Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute mechanical projects and upgrades.
    # Participate in building shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    # Provide technical support for mechanical systems and assist in troubleshooting issues.
    # Document all maintenance and repair activities, keeping accurate records.

    City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, plumbing, and heating or any relevant mechanical level 3 qualification.
    Excellent IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device and writing reports.
