    Your Way Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales - Brighton

    Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Growing Team

    We are expanding Here at Kff, we have ambitious growth plans and are launching a brand new offering called 'Your Way' within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for winning and maximizing business in your very own dedicated neighborhood of just one square mile.

    KFF is a regional food wholesaler with around 270 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. We are part of Sysco, the world's largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. KFF has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying both fantastic local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to the caterer.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Research your target audience and opportunities in your neighborhood
    • Build strong customer relationships with the local community through continuous selling, face-to-face meetings, and understanding customer needs
    • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining close working relationships with existing accounts and tracking activities using Salesforce
    • Collaborate with your distribution partner/driver in your neighborhood to establish a robust team for the community
    • Achieve profitable volume growth and meet targets
    • Stay informed about competitor and Independent market activities in your neighborhood to ensure you provide customers with the best solutions and insights from the leading Foodservice provider globally

    You must be highly service-oriented, prioritize customer satisfaction, and demonstrate passion and creativity in the food industry. Offer innovative solutions to support and enhance customer businesses, showcase creativity in menu planning and design, and understand portion control and financial costings. You need to be resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed, comfortable with cold calling and in-person sales. Possess strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and be proactive in self-improvement.
