- Managing and leading Engineering projects with Rittal-CSM's main customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring products are launched on time, and to the correct design and quality standard.
- Process development for existing project management processes.
- Managing the project costs against budget.
- Supporting business development objectives to allow the Rittal business growth.
- A Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Project Management Principles and processes or equivalent experience
- Leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills. Confident in leading meetings and team events internally and with customers.
- Engineering and Manufacturing processes.
- A proven track record of leading project management within an Engineering environment.
- A formal project management qualification.
- Process and system expertise.
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing, Customer management, and negotiation.
- 5 years of experience in a lead engineering project role.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our busy team.
This Project management role offers an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a varied and technical role. It will suit candidates from any Mechanical Engineering background who are confident working with multifunctional teams.
You will be managing key projects ensuring customer deadlines are always met to support future business opportunities.
Working with the engineering team to support the development of products for customers.
