Job description - Barista
In this Community Barista role, you will have cross-functional responsibilities in offering support for the company's members and buildings whilst managing their cafe space.
You will be the face of the building and will be leading the hub of the community, providing an exceptional hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities - Barista
- Be the face of the building Ensure the hub is well organised and you welcoming
- Preparing and selling coffee to the members showcasing a high level of knowledge of the products, educating customers about brewing methods etc
- Delivering a 5* service
- Hygiene Champion
- You will also sometimes help with event support + building management support
Please note this is a full-time role. Expected hours are Monday to Friday, roughly 7.45am to 4.15pm. No weekend work.
Job requirements - Barista
- A degree or above from university
- Around 1+ years experience in a barista role
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- Knowledge of tech + startups is useful
- Great verbal, and listening skills
- A cando attitude and high attention to detail
