We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team in Peterborough.Your collaboration extends to liaising with the Master Data Governance Team, providing assistance as needed to ensure the accurate and compliant setup of vendors under S/4 Hana.
Additionally, you will take charge of processing vendor/freelancer invoices and associated tasks, ensuring their efficient management in accordance with Group Policies.
You will be joining our dynamic Accounts Payable Team, as a key member of our collaborative team you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position you will be working from home and our office location in Peterborough.Support on any queries related to vendors (billing, payment terms...)
Validate set-up of new suppliers in partnership with Master Data Governance Team
Support on any queries related to internal and external audit
Support self-billing process when applicable
Experience working in a finance environment
Good Excel working knowledge
Experience working within an Accounts Payable team
