You will be CQC registered and possess the requisite attitude, skills, and knowledge, aligning with our commitment to quality care experience.
In the capacity of Care Home Manager, you will assume the accountability of overseeing the day-to-day operational management, ensuring the continuous 24-hour smooth operation of the home to uphold the highest standards of care.
ResponsibilitiesLead the daily management of the residential facility, ensuring its efficiency, profitability, and the delivery of the highest standard of care to all service users.
Ensure strict adherence to Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines in all operational aspects.Monitor the recruitment process within the home, ensuring strict compliance with Safe Recruitment guidelines.
Actively explore and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the commercial growth of the facility.
Conduct regular reviews of the home's operations to guarantee the fulfilment of all customer needs.
Effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures within the home to maintain organisational standards.
Provide support to staff members by addressing their training and development needs, fostering a continuous learning environment within the team.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and the company's quality assurance framework.RequirementsPossess a comprehensive understanding of the Care Quality Commission standards and deliverables.
Serve as a role model, offering exemplary support and advice to promote good practice within the professional setting.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, displaying a collaborative and empathetic approach, coupled with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or equivalent qualification such as RMA.Bring a proven track record of experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a comparable setting.
