    I am looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join an experienced and dedicated Engineering Team near Banbury on days Monday – Friday.

    We are looking for a Mechanical biased maintenance engineer. Holding a Minimum of 5 years within Engineering.

    Manufacturing / Packaging organisation

    Trouble shooting and Fault Finding on various machines including Injection Moulding Machines, Extruders, Grinders, Rotational Moulding Machines, and associated ancillaries.

    Using blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete projects.
    Testing of fixed installations.
    Some building maintenance such as lighting & small power.
    Installation of 3 phase supplies & associated switchgear.
    Highlighting potential problems with aging switchgear and advising the correct course of action for rectification.
    Experience with Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC's. – Experience with Grinders, Extruders, Injection Moulding machinery.
    Dealing with some Plant maintenance such as Lighting and Small power.
    Must be Apprentice trained, holding a Formal qualification in Electrical engineering.
    This is a Monday – Friday role 9am – 5pm with benefits including:

    The ideal Service Engineer must have a full clean driving licence. Be flexible and willing to travel at short notice as appropriate and have an ability to perform under pressure. Installation and maintenance of company products on customer sites.
    Working with the quality assurance team to address on-site issues.
    Attend regular service meetings via teams and head office.
    Planning and booking of servicing work utilising our service planning system to meet customer expectation and servicing dates.
    Utilising customer servicing and facilities management systems to ensure compliance of servicing documentation.
    There may be some national travel.

    NEBOSH, CIPD) preferred.
    Proven experience in Health & Safety and HR roles, preferably within a SME industrial environment
