Risk Assurance Specialist - £60,000 - £70,000 plus Excellent Benefits - Hybrid Working Available
A world-leading retail organisation is seeking an experienced Risk Assurance Specialist to join their Information Security team. You would be responsible for ensuring digital safety and Cyber Security are assessed and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
You would perform risk assessments providing both project assurance and supplier assurance using their risk management framework.

Reporting to the Director of Risk and Governance you will build both internal and external standards to ensure the business understands and manages risk.

The role holds an enterprise level remit with the ability to make a difference both internally whilst alsoimpacting thousands of their customers.

This would be a great opportunity to join a friendly yet dynamic team who have expanded hugely over the last 2 years.


KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND

  • Assess risks using the risk framework methodology

-Present and explain assessment of Digital risk and the formal recommendations for treatment to key stakeholders including Digital Safety Business Partners, Business Risk Owners, IT, Architecture and governance bodies


-Perform risk assurance activities to assure control effectiveness and risk reduction


-Ensure risks are identified and reported in line with easyJet's external compliance requirements


-Identify when other teams need to be engaged, particularly Enterprise Architecture, third party assurance and DPO colleagues.
