    The Operations & Projects team is looking for an individual to join on Fixed Term Contract to work closely with our portfolio management, middle office and a number of other functions internally and externally.

    Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the electronic platform onboarding and the increase of limits for new trader / Portfolio Manager (PM) between various teams.
  • Advising the Centralized Access team (CAT) in various questions concerning future execution brokers and electronic platforms.
  • Supporting traders or technology if new electronic platforms or new products should be onboarded
  • Limit adjustments after communication to desk heads.
  • Quarterly electronic platform reconciliation between our internal systems and the vendors
  • Supporting traders in broker requests like general DVP broker onboarding, setting up broker for trading swaps etc.
  • Be an internal resource for Client Management Operations (CMO) concerning trade floor relating questions and clearinghouse onboarding
  • Preparing ad hoc queries and coordinate adjustments with tech if needed
  • Coordinating / working on an occasional occurring project or other ad hoc projects.

    • Requirements:

  • Project management experience required for the role
  • Good product knowledge across all asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities
  • Strong communication skills are needed for internal teams like technology, trader / PMs, CMO, Middle Office, CAT team, Legal, Counterparty team and external vendors and counterparties.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, utilizing logical thinking
  • Prior experience working with technology teams and understanding of technical concepts
