- Evaluating tenders and providing informed recommendations to clients.
- Chairing Project Progress Meetings and managing contract administration.
- Monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Negotiating final accounts with contractors to maintain financial integrity.
- Meeting or exceeding designated fee targets. Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying.
- Chartered status with RICS or willingness to pursue accreditation.
- Proficiency in NBS specification writing and AUTOCAD.
