    Description
    Job Description Spencer Ogden is partnered with a leading offshore wind developer to expand their London team.

    We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Work Package Manager for the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package for offshore wind farms.

    Supervise a team of specialized professionals to manage the tendering, contracting, and execution of the WTG supply contract until handover to O&M.

    Oversee budgetary aspects by reporting, planning, and controlling work package expenses, with ongoing risk assessment.
    Manage the timeline of the work package in alignment with the overall project schedule.
    Ensure the project's relevant requirements are met within the scope of the work package.
    Uphold health and safety guidelines throughout all project phases.

    Maintain communication with other work packages, specialists, and project teams regarding specific technical matters, and participate in troubleshooting when necessary.

    Over 5 years of experience in project management roles for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, with a preference for experience in delivering WTG packages for offshore wind farms.

    An advanced degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; additional qualifications such as PMP or NEBOSH are beneficial.

    Deep technical knowledge of large electrical or mechanical systems.
    Flexible approach to work and willingness to travel frequently.
    Fluency in Business English.
