    Package Manager Location:

    London Salary:
    £60k + (depending on experience) *Full subsistence package for candidates travelling from NI/ROI* On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for Package Manager to join them on one of their signature large scaled mixed developments such as Student Accommodation and high end hotels and leisure


    Main Duties:
    Management of the end-to-end Joinery packages on site. To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the relevant subcontractor. Present the progress onsite to leadership.

    Report to Project Manager and liaise with other key members of the team such as QS/Design/Planning ensuring work is carried out in line with quality standards.

    To work collaboratively with the internal site and teams, along with external contacts. To report and record progress program plans and deadlines. Chair regular meetings on site with subcontractors, ensuring accurate delivery. Manage, and report on all subcontract/supplier activities. Supply chain management, build & develop relationships and manage suppliers.

    Delivery of improvement in overall value quality, cost, delivery, Identification, assessment, and management of subcontracted risks to plan and deliver on time and in budget.

    To maintain high levels of health & safety and quality control throughout the project.

    Manage progress and delivery of the design to manufacture ensuring the client expectation is reached Skills:
