    JobSummary:

    To coordinateand administrate the Lambeth Multiagency Violence and Exploitation(MAVE) and the Lambeth Multiagency Child Exploitation (MACE) Panelin order to ensure the effective operation performance and deliveryof this panel in partnership with key Lambeth safeguardingpartners.

    The MAVE andMACE panels work in coordination to safeguard young people at riskof harm in thecommunity.

    The MAVE panelis the operational panel and serves to problem solve for servicestargeted at young people their families and the locations theycohabit. The MACE coordinates the strategic response and providesthe escalation process for MAVEissues.

    Support themultiagency Contextual Safeguarding response with a particularfocus on the coordination of a multiagency response to children andyoung adults and peer groups at high risk of extrafamilial harm;locations where extrafamilial harm occurs; and perpetrators andindividuals ofconcern.

    This postinvolves the coordination of two multiagency meetings and as suchrequires excellent administrative skills as a priority.

    KeyDuties/Accountabilities:

    To coordinateand administrate the Lambeth Multiagency Violence and Exploitation(MAVE) Panel and the Multiagency Child Exploitation Panel (MACE) inorder to ensure the effective operation performance and delivery ofthis panel in partnership with key Lambeth safeguardingpartners.

    Lead ondeveloping the MAVE and MACE processes using innovative solutionsto manage caseloads and ensure children/young adults and partneragencies receive an effectiveservice.

    Lead onrefreshing the relevant administration forms policies andprocedures whererequired.

    Coordinate andadministrate the MAVE and MACE Panelmeetings.

    Work in closepartnership with staff from the voluntary statutory and communitysector to ensure they are familiar with the MAVE and MACE processesand their role and responsibilities withinthem.

    Develop anddeliver training and briefing sessions to a range of Lambethpractitioners on the MAVE and MACE processes and how to effectivelyrespond to children and young adults and peer groups at high riskof extrafamilial harm; locations where extrafamilial harm occurs;and perpetrators and individuals ofconcern.

    Collect andanalyse MAVE and MACE referral and demographic data in order toidentify any emerging themes. Liaise with referral agencies tooffer support guidance and problem solving whereneeded.

    Prepareperformance reports on the MAVE and MACE Panel includingstatistical reports for Lambeth s Multiagency Child ExploitationPanel and the Lambeth Safeguarding Children s PartnershipContextual Safeguarding Subgroup asrequired.

    Support thework of the MAVE and MACE Panel Chairs in whatever way may bereasonablyrequired.

    Keep up to datewith relevant safeguarding legislative and policy changes inparticular those that impact directly on the MACE and MAVE Panelsand to support with the development of Multiagency ContextualSafeguarding policies and practices asappropriate.

    EssentialExperienceRequired:

    A comprehensiveknowledge of current legislation policy and practice developmentsrelating to safeguarding children and young adults fromextrafamilial/contextualharm.

    Excellentknowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office and MicrosoftTeams.

    Experience ofcoordinating and administrating projects particularly dealing withvulnerablegroups.

    Substantialexperience of partnership working with stakeholders acrossvoluntary statutory community and businesssectors.

    Substantialexperience of working in the field of children ssafeguarding.
