    L'activité avionique fournit divers systèmes de bord pour l'aviation : avionique de vol, production et conversion d'électricité, multimédia de cabine et connectivité. Son offre couvre également des solutions d'entraînement et de simulation pour les forces terrestres, aériennes et interarmées, ainsi que des systèmes d'imagerie à rayons X et des amplificateurs de puissance radiofréquences et hyperfréquences.Sur le Campus Thales Bordeaux, nous concevons, développons et livrons des systèmes, des équipements et des services pour assurer la réussite des missions aéroportées de nos clients, dans les domaines du transport, de la surveillance et du combat. Le Centre de Compétences ETA (Equipements & Technologies Aéronautiques) de Thales AVS recherche un alternant en tant qu'assistant manager / d'équipe F/H, au sein du Campus Thales Bordeaux.
    QUI ETES-VOUS ?
    Vous préparez une formation de niveau BAC+2 à dominante assistant manager / d'équipe , vous recherchez une alternance d'une durée de 2 ans ?
    Vous avez des compétences significatives sur le Pack Office notamment Excel ET PowerPoint ?
    Vous maitrisez Outlook pour assurer la gestion de boites mails et d'agendas ?
    Vous souhaitez travailler en équipe sur des missions variées ?
    Idéalement, vous maitrisez le logiciel SAP ? (non obligatoire)
    Vous avez un bon relationnel et une aisance rédactionnelle, orthographique ?
    Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, d'écoute et de discrétion ?
    Vous êtes force de proposition, doté d'un bon relationnel ?
    Vous vous reconnaissez ? Alors vous avez de bonnes chances de vous épanouir dans nos équipes
    CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE :
    Vous serez intégré au sein du Centre de Compétence ETA dans le département ELEC composé de 220 personnes.
    Les collaborateurs de l'équipe sont multi-sites (Mérignac, Valence, Châtellerault, Inde, Canada, UK)
    Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les assistants du Centre de Compétences sur le site de Mérignac.
    En nous rejoignant, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
    Organiser les déplacements professionnels de l'équipe en France ou à l'international,
    Accueillir les visiteurs (saisie des notes de visite) et les nouveaux arrivants,
    Gérer les moyens et accès informatiques pour les collaborateurs,
    Effectuer des demandes d'achat de matériel sous nos outils SAP, Blueshop,
    Suivre les imputations des heures de l'équipe chaque fin de mois,
    Gérer les agendas et planifier les réunions,
    Réserver les salles de réunions et les prestations si besoin,
    Participer à la mise à jour et à la mise en forme des notes d'organisation, de nominations et des organigrammes,
    Établir et assurer le suivi des demandes de services (services généraux, réparations et aménagement, informatique),
    Assurer le suivi et le renouvellement des fournitures nécessaires aux activités,
    Participer à la mise à jour du WIKI et autres supports techniques du département.
