    Description
    Exciting Opportunity to open and establish a New Home

    This provider is seeking a Registered Manager to spearhead the setup of a brand-new 2-bed EBD home in Oadby.

    Join them in this thrilling opportunity to be part of an expansion plan crafted by a seasoned director with a wealth of experience in the field.

    With excellent transport links, the town ensures easy connectivity to major roads and public transit networks, making it an ideal living environment.

    Oversee the efficient operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant legislation, procedures, and policies.
    Provide support to staff in delivering high standards of care for our young residents.

    Contribute to a comprehensive training and development program for the team to meet the needs of the young people effectively.

    Foster team longevity and organizational retention through effective support and management.

    Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams and commissioning authorities to meet the care needs of children and young people.

    Liaise with regulatory organizations and uphold registration requirements and conditions.

    Hold a Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people's services, or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it.


    • Have senior-level experience in a Residential Children's home.
    • Possess a full manual driving license.
    • Commit to ongoing professional development to support the needs of our young people.
