    Description

    Are you a Registered Manager with a passion for providing exceptional care? Our client is a specialised residential support service, catering to adults aged 18 and above who have acquired brain injuries and complex needs. The service is dedicated to helping these individuals live their life to the fullest, and they're on the hunt for an experienced Registered Manager to join their team.

    As the Registered Manager, you'll be offered a competitive annual salary up to £68,000. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes is critical to the service's success.

    As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading and inspiring your team to give the highest quality person-centred support and care.
    • Delivering best practice in social care while continually developing the service.
    • Managing all areas of the home, including budgets, quality, compliance.
    • Ensuring the people in your care receive the best possible support.

    The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role should have:

    • RMN/RGN/RNLD qualification is essential.

    • Proven background working within a Good rated service.
    • At least 3years management experience
    • Background working with users with Complex needs is desirable.
