Look no further We have an incredible opportunity for an Outreach Tutor in one of our client schools The role will be based in Tower Hamlets.

About the Role:
As an Outreach Tutor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs. Your passion for education, empathy, and commitment will empower students to thrive academically and emotionally. You'll work closely with schools, families, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate must be able to teach both English and Maths.
your responsibilities would include:
Individualized Support:
Tailoring learning plans to meet the unique needs of students with SEN/SEMH.
Knowledge about English and Maths is a Must
Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Regularly assessing student progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
Working closely with schools, families, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.
Emotional Well-being: Supporting students' emotional and mental health.
Safeguarding:
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and interventions.
Remember, your impact will extend beyond academics – you'll empower students to thrive both academically and emotionally
Must-Haves:
DBS:
An up-to-date, enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service.

QTS:
Qualified Teacher Status or NARIC equivalent.
