    Exciting Team Management Position:
    Lead Analyst in Client Static Data and Documentation, Wealth Management Function

    Are you ready to drive operational efficiencies and transform digital document control in a dynamic wealth management environment? Schroders is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for a team management position in our Client Static Data and Reporting department.

    Schroders, a global investment manager with a 200-year history of helping clients and society prosper, is seeking a Lead Analyst to join our Client Static Data team.

    This role is pivotal in providing client data management services across all our Wealth Management entities worldwide.

    We're seeking a Client Static Data expert who can handle complex issues throughout their lifecycle, working closely with our Investment, Operations, and Accounting colleagues.

    Your responsibilities will range from day-to-day instruction processing, risk management, to being an escalation point for the team. You will also carry out independent processes and challenge existing ones to ensure continuous development.
    Oversee the team's daily production and promptly report any issues and risks to the team manager.

    • Provide support and advisory services to the Global Wealth Management teams in the UK, Guernsey, and Singapore.
    • Lead team projects and implement new processes.
    • Several years of experience in a bank, asset, or wealth management working with client data.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including COBS, FATCA, and Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
    • Proficiency in software T24 and FOLIO, and intermediate experience of Microsoft applications.
    • You'll be based at the Schroders Campus near Horsham in West Sussex, home to our operational teams, product reporting, and operational oversight for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
