    Description

    The Role:

    • Provide post-contract management support for major projects, ensuring contracts are administered correctly
    • Work closely with Project Managers to comply with contract terms and obligations
    • Manage contract administration activities and communications with clients
    • Monitor performance, costs, variations, and claims
    • Prepare and negotiate subcontracts and oversee supplier relations
    • Monitor supply chain performance and suppliers' KPIs
    • Attend and lead contract meetings and project reviews

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with NEC contracts
    • 2-5 years of contract management experience in major projects
    • Experience in nuclear or engineering sectors is a plus
