    About Our Client

    Our client is an elite international law firm

    Job Description

    Key responsibilities as a Private Equity Professional Support Lawyer will include:

    • Developing and maintaining precedent standard forms and precedent documents.
    • Identifying private equity-related training needs of the Group, organising, designing and delivering training.
    • Monitoring and keeping the Group informed about important developments in the law or business environment.
    • Establishing processes to capture matter description and categorisations in the Matter Profiling System.
    • Identifying opportunities to develop business from new and existing clients through articles, briefing notes etc.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Private Equity Professional Support Lawyer should have:

    • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, having practices as a solicitor in private equity transactions.
    • Competent with typical law firm technology tools.
    • Commercial awareness and client orientated approach.
    • Well-developed organisational and communication skills.
