Customer Experience Insights Analyst- Temporary ContractHere at Saint Gobain Interior Solutions, we're offering a temporary contract working as a Customer Experience Insights Analyst based at our site in East Leake, Loughborough.
This is a hybrid role split between WFH and office.Saint Gobain Interior Solutions is one of many exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK.
The Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions portfolio of brands brings our full range of solutions and knowledge together all under one roof, this includes British Gypsum and Isover.
The Customer Experience Insight Analyst role will navigate multiple data sources to harness the power of data to drive decisions and inform customer centric innovation.
This role involves gathering, interpreting, and analysing data to derive actionable insight.Then working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to communicate insight and influence strategies that improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
Proven experience in data analysis, market research or a similar role focused on customer insights.Proficiency in various methods of data collection such as surveys, interviews, and field studies. Experience of Power BI will be great but not a must. Experience of other data visualization tools will be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share research findings, translate complex data into clear insights and advocate for user needs.
