You will be self-motivated and positive, ready to engage and support full brewery operations, warehousing and logistics, by delivering exceptional customer support and operational results.
As the Operations Lead you will play a vital role in supporting each the sales, marketing and warehousing team at Hip Pop.
The RoleMaintaining and building strong relationships with customer operation teams and internal stakeholders.Managing and executing stock for outsourcing, internal purchase orders and our third party logistics company. System Management- establish, maintain, and enhance current business systems.
Processing- coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
Reporting weekly on targets & objectivesYOUR EXPERIENCE2 to 3 years' experience within a similar fast-paced warehousing and/ or production environment.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.FLT Driving License desirable.
