    Partner - Sustainability AdvisoryWhat's the goal?Working for a global built environment consultancy, your task would be to create a Sustainability Advisory practice that combines strategic advisory, management consultancy and technical insight, built on a solid foundation of technical and subject matter expertise and experience.

    What would you be responsible for?Guide and align the strategic direction of the sustainability advisory practice with the company's objectives, collaborating with the UK Advisory and other sustainability units.

    Drive business expansion through the identification of new prospects, establishment of strategic alliances, and broadening the client base, while overseeing sales targets and project obligations.

    Offer technical leadership to ensure top-tier solutions for clients' sustainability dilemmas and supervise significant projects to ensure successful results.

    Foster robust client connections, serving as a dependable advisor to comprehend and address their requirements, and formulate influential sustainable strategies and initiatives.

    Remain informed about sustainability industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, representing the company at industry gatherings to demonstrate expertise.
    Cultivate an atmosphere of creativity and ongoing innovation, guiding team members and advocating for their professional growth and advancement.

    What do you need to be successful?Extensive leadership experience in sustainability, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sustainability and energy projects.

    Deep understanding of corporate sustainability principles, ESG strategy, sustainability standards, and knowledge in energy sectors like energy transition and renewable energy.

    Demonstrated ability in crafting and executing sustainable strategies and initiatives, coupled with exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen to seize market opportunities.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, focused on inspiring diverse audiences and delivering outstanding service.
    Passionate about sustainability, with a commitment to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and leading change in organizational culture.
